About the position

The Project Coordinator at Ground Penetrating Radar Systems LLC (GPRS) plays a crucial role in executing field operations and supporting business development efforts. This position involves coordinating all components of assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate project records. The Project Coordinator is responsible for effective communication with clients and team members, managing logistics, and identifying sales opportunities to enhance project efficiency and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the execution of all components of assigned projects from order to deliverables.
  • Respond to all customer, management, or technician inquiries promptly.
  • Ensure all contracts are in place and executed properly.
  • Maintain current and accurate information in the business system related to assigned projects.
  • Keep project records, reports, and filing systems up to date following company procedures.
  • Ensure all invoices for assigned projects are accurate and include all required line item billings.
  • Provide excellent customer service and appropriate follow-up to clients.
  • Coordinate all scope and contract changes as necessary, both internally and externally.
  • Manage subcontractors and labor to achieve maximum sales revenue and minimum costs.
  • Analyze customer projects and operations capacity to determine the most efficient scheduling plan.
  • Identify additional sales opportunities associated with assigned projects and clients.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with the internal sales organization.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
