About the position

The Project Coordinator at Maguire will provide essential administrative support to project managers in the construction and maintenance of water storage tanks and elevated water towers. This role involves managing schedules, preparing documentation, and coordinating project activities, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and communicate crew/job schedule.
  • Prepare submittals and job summaries.
  • Write purchase orders.
  • Communicate with customers regarding project updates.
  • Coordinate material deliveries and removals.
  • Assist with minor site work as required for projects.
  • Work within Maguire's ERP system.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction bid specifications and safety rules.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in various forms.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in project management or construction-related roles.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
