Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination and construction administration, with strong communication skills and a passion for building successful projects from start to finish. This role is crucial in ensuring that all projects are running smoothly and efficiently, providing essential support to project managers and project teams. Responsibilities include providing administrative support to project managers, coordinating subcontracts, change orders, and submittals, and ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and codes. The Project Coordinator will also be responsible for coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to obtain necessary materials and services, as well as reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Collaboration with project managers and the office manager to streamline administrative workflows is key, along with monitoring and reporting on project progress to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement. Utilizing tools such as Civil 3D and Primavera, the Project Coordinator will analyze and manage project data, support project scheduling, and assist in the preparation of project reports, including status updates and project closeout reports. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to perform other tasks as required to support the project management team.
