About the position

The Project Coordinator for Office Furniture/Cubicles is responsible for managing the delivery and installation projects for various vendors and office furniture dealers across the USA. This role emphasizes successful quoting, planning, scheduling, coordination, and implementation of projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Quoting and planning projects for office furniture delivery and installation.
  • Scheduling and coordinating with vendors and dealers.
  • Implementing project plans and ensuring timely completion.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

  • Associates or Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience for at least 2 years.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and self-starter attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Valid VA Drivers License and personal vehicle required.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office and other software.
  • Ability to read and understand construction plans for office furniture layouts.
