About the position

Artelye, Inc. has been a trusted supplier of countertops for over 20 years, catering to a diverse clientele that includes home improvement stores, commercial projects, remodeling contractors, and residential showrooms. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Builder Group. This position is crucial for managing customer accounts and ensuring that all orders and service requests are handled efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of customer service skills and have experience in the granite, stone, or countertop industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing your assigned accounts on a daily basis. This includes checking the builder portal for new orders, change orders, reschedules, and service requests. You will also be expected to answer phone calls and emails promptly, returning messages within the hour. Scheduling measures and installation dates in accordance with the builder's contractual obligations is a key part of the job. You will need to have a thorough understanding of all contract agreements related to your specific builder account. Effective communication with both internal and external departments is essential to ensure that jobs are completed properly. You will also need to demonstrate the ability to read drawings and measurements accurately for data entry purposes. Managing customer relationships is a critical aspect of this role, as you will be expected to address customer expectations, needs, and concerns to promote the consumption and sale of new products. This is a full-time position with opportunities for advancement within the company. Responsibilities

  • Managing assigned accounts daily.

  • Understanding all contract agreements pertaining to specific builder accounts.

  • Managing customer relationships, expectations, needs, and concerns.

Requirements

  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are a must.
  • Knowledge of granite and/or countertop materials.
  • Friendly and personable demeanor.
  • Skilled at interacting with Field Superintendents.
  • Ability to work fast and accurately.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and typing at least 40 wpm.
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer screens easily.
  • Clear English-speaking voice with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn new concepts, products, and ideas.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Moraware (scheduling software) or 20/20 kitchen and bath designing.
  • Experience in home improvements or similar fields.
