About the position

The Project Coordinator position at Honolulu Commercial Carpet Cleaning LLC is an overnight role focused on organizing and overseeing project objectives to ensure successful implementation, management, and completion. Responsibilities

  • Oversee one-time and recurring projects with employees and teams.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate schedules, monitor progress, and resolve issues.
  • Define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Assign tasks, analyze risks, and ensure client needs are met.
  • Communicate project updates to teams and clients.
  • Use company tools to track hours, plans, and expenses.
  • Prepare detailed project documentation and reports.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and walk-throughs to meet standards.
  • Assist teams with Scope of Work (SOW) and purchase cleaning supplies/equipment when needed.
  • Stock and maintain janitorial closets.
  • Follow company policies and complete necessary certifications.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of commercial cleaning experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing employees.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams (or willingness to learn).
  • Flexibility and strong leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
