About the position

Under the general direction of the Director of Patient Experience, the Project Coordinator will work on a variety of specialized clinic projects. This role involves performing overall project support work, including file management, general administrative support, report analytics, and distribution. The coordinator must be well organized and able to manage multiple priorities while promoting a customer satisfaction-centric culture. Effective communication with all stakeholders, including management, customers, and medical group staff and providers, is essential. The work may involve vendor collaboration and implementation. Key responsibilities include supporting the ongoing management of Customer Experience (CX) Platforms, managing and distributing CX Platform resource updates to all users, management, and partners, and assisting in maintaining and distributing monthly reports and dashboards. The coordinator will contribute to the continued maintenance of staff training materials and clinic resources, support clinics to drive successful Meaningful Use performance outcomes, and schedule and facilitate planning sessions and status meetings for clinic support projects. The role requires balancing multiple tasks and projects with short timelines, demonstrating excellent work prioritization skills, and engaging with customers directly to show a commitment to customer service excellence. Additionally, the coordinator will serve as project coordinator support for cross-functional initiatives aimed at driving patient growth and retention, facilitate collaboration by resolving issues, and promote a collaborative team environment that fosters CX improvement. Other clinic-related job duties may be assigned as needed or required by management. The pay range for this position at the commencement of employment is expected to be around $25.00 per hour, with the total compensation package potentially including a sign-on bonus and discretionary awards, alongside a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Perform other clinic related job duties as needed or required by management.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a medical office environment.
  • Previous project coordinator experience preferred including development, planning, and execution.
  • In-depth knowledge of EMR systems.
  • Highly organized and able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Experience in process improvement, workflow benchmarking, and/or evaluation processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to present to multilevel audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proactive, dynamic, and results-driven.
