About the position

The Project Coordinator for the Peer Group practice at FMI will support consultants and partners by facilitating efficient operations of multiple peer group client engagements. This role involves communication with clients regarding travel and meeting details, preparation work, quality control, and shipments, ensuring a high level of service and organization within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Project management and administrative support to multiple simultaneous projects and tasks
  • Assisting with qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Collecting and preparing client input forms/questionnaires, engagement binders, and reports
  • Proofreading, editing, and formatting documents
  • Data entry for varying systems and reports
  • Interacting with internal and external clients to coordinate meetings, conference calls, agendas, prep requirements, and gathering of data
  • Performing with excellent judgement in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Assisting with tracking expenses and processing event invoicing
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Associate's degree from an accredited college or university, or 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role or equivalent position
  • Excellent prioritization, project management, and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, problem-solving skills
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Software suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and MS Outlook
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (e.g., program materials, packing cases, supplies)
