About The Position

The Project Coordinator at Wellstar Corporate Office plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects within the WMG department. This position is responsible for collaborating with leaders and stakeholders to establish and maintain project infrastructure, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently and in accordance with the project plan. The Project Coordinator will handle a variety of administrative and operational tasks, which include facilitating project meetings, preparing and presenting project information, managing budgets, conducting GEMBA observations, and developing data management solutions. Additionally, the role involves basic data analytics, maintaining workflows, organizing playbooks and toolkits for program processes, tracking training for WMG employees, and managing program events. In this role, the Project Coordinator will be expected to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including System and WMG Executive Leaders, as well as WMG practices. The position requires a proactive approach to project coordination, ensuring that all assigned projects are completed according to plan. This includes overseeing the overall approach, goals, structure, progress, and resolution of project activities. The Project Coordinator will participate in project design meetings, coordinate timelines, evaluate potential operational or technical problems, and develop solutions as needed. Furthermore, the role involves the development and maintenance of project documents, including project plans, timelines, toolkits, workflows, and reports to support the organization and operationalization of projects. The Project Coordinator will also prepare presentations and executive summaries to communicate project goals, progress, and potential barriers. They will oversee project budgets and supply management, serving as a liaison with other departments such as marketing, finance, and others to address resource needs for projects. The role also includes planning and organizing project-related conferences, events, celebrations, and staff training. The Project Coordinator must present themselves in a positive and professional manner, work collaboratively to achieve project goals, and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive documents and communications.
