About the position

The Entry-Level Project Coordinator at DH Pace Company will focus on managing indoor projects related to frames and hardware in the commercial construction industry. This role is essential for ensuring that project objectives are met on time and within budget through effective planning, directing, and coordination of activities.

Responsibilities

  • Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, schedule, budget parameters, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources for the various phases of the project.
  • Discuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties, scope of authority and provide technical advice/trouble-shooting.
  • Direct and coordinate activities to ensure project is on schedule and within budgeted scope; review status reports prepared by staff and make changes where needed.
  • Manage customer communication, site safety requirements, maintaining projected installation dates, timelines and deadlines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree is desired; however, experience and qualifications will be evaluated.
  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
