The Project Support, Quality Systems role is designed to provide comprehensive project management and system administrative support services, which can range from complex to routine tasks. This position is pivotal in supporting the strategic direction of Quality Operations, aiming to deliver a best-in-class Quality Management System (QMS). The individual in this role will be a key support figure for Project Managers and Project Team members, taking on significant responsibilities for various project activities. Collaboration is essential, as the role requires working closely with both Global and Local Teams throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include facilitating the delivery of the Quality Management System by ensuring alignment between the project plan and the expected outcomes. The role involves performing essential project management activities such as developing project plans, preparing progress reports, and holding team members accountable for meeting timelines. Additionally, the position requires establishing and overseeing processes to manage the transition from legacy systems to the new Quality Management System. The Project Support role also encompasses engaging in system administrative tasks, which include data cleansing and verification, setting up items in the system, and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The individual will support the creation of work instructions and training content to enhance system usage. Furthermore, the role involves coordinating project activities that engage local sites and creating presentations and reports to ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
