About the position

The Project Support, Quality Systems role is designed to provide comprehensive project management and system administrative support services, which can range from complex to routine tasks. This position is integral to the Quality Operations strategic direction, aiming to deliver a best-in-class Quality Management System. The individual in this role will be a key support figure for Project Managers and Project Team members, taking on significant responsibilities for various project activities. Collaboration is essential, as the role requires working closely with both Global and Local Teams throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include facilitating the delivery of the Quality Management System by ensuring alignment between the project plan and the desired outcomes. The role involves performing project management activities such as developing project plans, preparing progress reports, and holding team members accountable for meeting timelines. Additionally, the individual will establish and oversee processes to manage the transition from legacy systems to the new Quality Management System. Experience in developing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases, writing UAT scripts, and executing UAT is crucial. The role also encompasses system administrative tasks, including data cleansing and verification, setting up items in the system, and engaging in UAT activities. Furthermore, the individual will support the creation of work instructions and training content related to system usage, coordinate project activities involving local sites, and create presentations and reports to ensure effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the project team to facilitate delivery of the Quality Management System by bridging the gap between the project plan and the desired outputs for success.
  • Performing project management activities such as developing plans, preparing progress reports & holding personnel accountable to timelines.
  • Establishing and overseeing a process to manage support transition from legacy system to Quality Management System.
  • Developing UAT test cases, writing UAT scripts and executing UAT.
  • Engaging in system administrative activities such as data cleansing & verification, setting up items in the system, UAT activities.
  • Supporting the creation of work instructions & training content on system usage.
  • Coordinating project activities that involve local sites.
  • Creating presentations, reports and project related topics to ensure effective communication to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Engineering, Pharmacy, or other technical/scientific areas.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in quality assurance and/or quality process oversight.
  • Experience working within a Quality Management System.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and partner across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working in both team settings and independently.
  • Ability to work well with minimal manager guidance while managing own time effectively.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in quality management for 4 years (Preferred).
  • Experience in user acceptance testing for 3 years (Preferred).
