Responsibilities

• Manage projects related to client onboarding, video shoots, photoshoots, and website development.
• Ensure smooth client onboarding with a focus on detail and efficiency.
• Push projects forward, ensuring deadlines are met and standards are maintained.
• Work closely with the creative, ad operations, and account management teams for project alignment.
• Develop and optimize workflows to boost project efficiency and productivity.
• Act as the primary point of contact during project execution, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Set realistic deadlines and provide necessary pushback to keep projects on track.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination within a digital advertising or marketing agency.
• Automotive industry experience is required.
• Proficiency in Trello, Atlassian, Jira, or similar project management tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Empathetic and assertive communicator who can manage teams and client expectations effectively.
• Experience with video shoots, photoshoots, and web development projects is an advantage.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing practices, including Google Ads.
• Excellent communication skills for both internal and client relations.
• Ability to thrive independently in a remote work environment with clear, consistent communication.
