About the position

Providence Health Plan is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our team, where caregivers are not just valued but considered invaluable. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and supporting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction. You will be accountable for identifying and obtaining the necessary resources to complete assigned projects and tasks while adhering to constraints of scope, time, budget, and quality with minimal supervision. As a Project Coordinator, you will support Project and Program Managers with various project assignments, priorities, action items, progress tracking, schedule monitoring, and risk and issue planning and escalations. Your ability to demonstrate effective interactions, positive interpersonal skills, and strong organizational capabilities will be crucial as you collaborate across diverse teams. We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and has a passion for coordinating projects. This position is affiliated with Providence Health Plan and will be tied to a location and compensation range in Beaverton, Oregon. However, we welcome 100% remote work for residents who live within a daily commutable distance (25-30 miles) of our office locations in Oregon and Washington. Responsibilities

  • Deliver and support projects timely, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction from initiation to completion.
  • Be accountable for identifying and obtaining resources needed for project completion.
  • Complete assigned projects and tasks within constraints of scope, time, budget, and quality with minimal supervision.
  • Support Project and Program Managers with project assignments, priorities, action items, progress tracking, schedule monitoring, and risk and issue planning and escalations.
  • Demonstrate effective interactions and positive interpersonal abilities while collaborating across diverse teams.
  • Be proactive and detail-oriented in project coordination.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
  • 3+ years of project coordination or administrative assistance experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's Degree or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a health insurance or health plan organization.
  • 2+ years of experience building relationships with customers, executive management, and project stakeholders.
  • 2+ years of experience identifying and resolving problems while retaining strong and effective working relationships.
  • 2+ years of experience composing project documentation such as meeting notes and risk and issue logs.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize responsibilities and organize workload to meet deadlines.
  • 1+ years of experience developing PowerPoint presentations including graph and chart functions.
