About the position

The Project Coordinator at Artisan Home Services plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of residential remodeling projects from initial client contact through to project completion. This position is essential for maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and project efficiency, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the salesperson with Request for Proposal (RFP) bid packages, as needed.
• Set up projects in project management software, including entering client information, job budgets, issuing Purchase Orders (PO), and loading appropriate schedule and task templates.
• Finalize selection information in collaboration with the Sales team and homeowners.
• Collaborate with the Field Manager (FM) to source and procure additional materials as needed.
• Send welcome and introduction emails to clients for all projects.
• Work with the office manager to set up jobs time tracking and project management software.
• Schedule introduction meetings with Sales, Field Manager, and Home Owners.
• Coordinate with the FM to secure project start dates.
• Manage the coordination of permits, dumpsters, and material delivery.
• Verify that permits are finalized and that dumpsters, toilets, and yard signs are removed upon project completion.
• Attend departmental meetings as required.

Requirements

• 2+ years of residential construction experience preferred
• Strong computer skills with preferred experience using Asana, BuildTools, Tsheets & Google Suite.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
