About the position

The Project Coordinator at OTM Furniture Installations is responsible for managing and communicating details of multiple projects, ensuring excellent customer service and teamwork. This role requires strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to project management, supporting the company's operations in commercial furniture installation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and communicate details of multiple projects internally and with customers and partners.
  • Participate in daily morning meetings to discuss project statuses.
  • Provide excellent customer service on every project.
  • Utilize software tools such as Word, Excel, and G-Suite for project coordination.
  • Assist team members and collaborate effectively to ensure project success.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, G-Suite (Gmail, Docs, Drive) and ability to learn new job-related software.
  • 2+ years in a customer experience, project management, and/or administrative role.
  • Familiarity with project coordination/management.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Furniture industry experience is a plus.
