About the position

The Project Coordinator/Senior Project Coordinator role at Parametrix involves supporting project managers in the Transportation Division to deliver various projects. This position emphasizes collaboration, quality control, and effective communication with project teams and clients, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Support project functions including scope and budget development, progress reporting, and project delivery support.
• Provide quality control and coordination of client deliverables.
• Coordinate and engage with project managers, project teams, Finance, Contracts, and clients to ensure project delivery with attention to quality, schedule, and budget.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the AEC industry, handling tasks such as scope preparation, budgeting, invoicing, cost tracking, QA/QC, and project closeout.
• Technical editing and document proofing experience.
• Experience coordinating and tracking project work, monitoring schedules and budgets, calculating earned value, managing deliverables, and supporting teams with project deadlines and client commitments.
• Technical experience in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and SharePoint.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with BST10 and Concur knowledge will be a bonus.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working closely with project teams, managers, and clients.
