About the position

The Project Coordinator - Senior position at TEKsystems is a remote role focused on supporting IT infrastructure project managers and operations to ensure the delivery of expected value. The coordinator will play a crucial role in analyzing contracts for deliverables and obligations, helping to build and manage execution plans. This includes measuring performance data to identify anomalies and trends, which will be reviewed with IT leaders to ensure alignment with project goals. The role also involves data entry, reconciliation, and analysis between Excel spreadsheets and ServiceNow, making attention to detail and analytical skills essential for success in this position. The ideal candidate will have between 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience, providing support to project managers in various capacities. This includes scheduling meetings, maintaining documentation, updating project documents, and facilitating communication and training. The coordinator will be responsible for updating the project plan, assisting in information collection and validations, and preparing status reports and presentations. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required, along with a strong proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word. In addition to these responsibilities, the coordinator will assist with release planning, schedule workshops, and ensure that end-user and support documentation is kept up to date. They will prepare status reports and presentations, coordinate organizational change management activities, and work closely with the project team to improve the end-user experience. The role also requires the creation of user guides and collaboration with the Organizational Change Management team on communication and end-user training.

Responsibilities

Requirements
