About the position

The Project Coordinator: III (Senior) position is a remote role focused on supporting IT infrastructure project managers and operations to ensure the delivery of expected value. The coordinator will play a crucial role in analyzing contracts for deliverables and obligations, assisting in the development and management of execution plans, and measuring performance data to identify anomalies and trends. This data will be reviewed with IT leaders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives. In addition to these responsibilities, the coordinator will perform essential tasks such as data entry, reconciliation, and analysis between Excel spreadsheets and ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination, with 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience. They will provide support to project managers by scheduling meetings, maintaining documentation, updating project documents, and facilitating communication and training efforts. The coordinator will also be responsible for updating the project plan, assisting in information collection and validation, and preparing status reports and presentations. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for this role, along with a strong knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word. The coordinator will also assist with release planning, schedule workshops, and ensure that end-user and support documentation is kept up to date. They will prepare status reports and presentations, coordinate organizational change management activities, and work closely with the project team to improve the end-user experience by creating user guides and facilitating communication and training.

Responsibilities

  • Support IT infrastructure project managers and operations to deliver expected value.
  • Analyze contracts for deliverables and obligations.
  • Build and manage a plan to execute projects.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in project coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
