Responsibilities

  • Set up Docusign accounts and load templates for each new hotel
  • Set up laptops for new hires
  • Organize and manage Dropbox
  • Onboard new employees onto Slack
  • Create and manage Gmail accounts for hotels
  • Update website
  • Update marketing materials
  • Update internal Wikipedia

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in a marketing role
  • Familiarity with Google Suite
  • Proficiency in Slack
  • Experience with Canva

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Wix
  • Knowledge of Hexnode
  • Familiarity with Docusign
  • Experience managing Dropbox
