This position requires regular travel to merchant sites across the country and collaboration with various teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Interface directly with merchant restaurants to improve their experience.
• Create and execute plans for merchant onboarding strategy.
• Perform hands-on work with hardware and learn client software configuration.
• Create merchant training materials to encourage staff understanding and adoption.
• Train merchant staff on effectively using new platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing merchant workflows to maximize revenue.
• Achieve immediate results and adapt in an evolving work environment.
• Look for ways to improve and shape the direction of the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4-5 years of work experience in account management, systems implementation, customer support, or hospitality.
• Ability to complete tasks accurately, effectively, and on time with superb attention to detail.
• Experience working successfully cross-functionally with individual contributors.
• Excellent external and internal customer support skills.
• Driven/led a successful business opportunity, developed process improvements, and enabled stakeholders on process changes.
