About the position

The Speed to Market Coordinator at Rich Products Corporation will support the Natural Work Teams (NWT) in executing the Speed to Market (STM) process. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and consistency of Finished Goods product data while collaborating with various teams to facilitate project timelines and data integrity. The position requires in-office collaboration in Buffalo, NY, from Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Natural Work Teams in the STM commercialization process.
  • Act as a data expert for NWT, bringing PLM system expertise and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with category Project Managers to execute project triage and kick-off.
  • Maintain the NWT roster to ensure updated functional resources are included.
  • Monitor workflow for NWT, including tracking and follow-up.
  • Run Pulse system audits and address data gaps.
  • Coordinate and validate Finished Goods (FG) data for consistency and completeness.
  • Enter FG data and launch FG Spec workflow, ensuring accuracy in the PLM system.
  • Responsible for SAP/IMG data management.
  • Validate and maintain Marketing FG data requirements in the PLM system.
  • Launch recipe workflows for Graphics Changes and P/C extensions as NWT activity requests.
  • Update FG data and corresponding specifications when corrections are needed.
  • Work with various teams to ensure accurate label requirements.
  • Complete data readiness checks prior to gate approval.
  • Provide PLM knowledge and support to NWT.
  • Own data accuracy in PLM and understand project readiness through Accolade.
  • Obtain and enter Customer Facing Master Data and GTIN Data.
  • Support cross-category STMC-C NWT as business needs require.
  • Identify and implement process efficiencies with NWT and category project managers.
  • Provide PLM data maintenance and fix data corrections.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Three or more years of general business experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of success in a team environment.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills, including presentation ability.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to resolve problems independently with a successful track record in problem-solving.
  • Commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, One Note, Word, PowerPoint, O365, Teams, One Drive, SharePoint).
  • Proficient in SAP.
  • Expertise in product category and plants to understand implications on PLM data.
