About the position

The Coordinator role within the CSSU Projects Team at Warner Bros. Discovery is pivotal in overseeing postproduction scheduling and ensuring the smooth execution of various creative projects. This position acts as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, driving project completion and maintaining accountability across the production process. The role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all creative resources are effectively utilized and that projects are delivered on time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee postproduction scheduling for various groups within TNT Sports.
• Work with project management teams, producers, and craftspeople on weekly scheduling needs.
• Communicate scheduling changes in a timely manner to all stakeholders.
• Maintain an understanding of partner needs to assign appropriate creative resources to projects.
• Monitor editorial staff usage to optimize capacity and manage costs.
• Assist in managing PTO requests from editors and sound designers.
• Create and actualize work orders and projects in Media Pulse, tracking usage and costs.
• Provide backup support for the team as needed.
• Assist in tracking expenses and freelance postproduction costs.
• Contribute to the awards/presentation process as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Some knowledge of sports is preferred.
• Flexibility to work unconventional hours and travel as needed.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in postproduction scheduling or project management.
• Familiarity with Media Pulse or similar project management tools.
