About the position

The Project Coordinator in Digital and Technology at Taco Bell will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's Digital and Technology Governance and Portfolio Management initiatives. This position is designed for a contract duration of 3-4 months, where the individual will be employed by Staffmark and will work onsite at Taco Bell's Irvine location. The Project Coordinator will support the Business Management & Portfolio Team by coordinating various projects and meetings, compiling essential materials, and managing the flow of information across different functions within the organization. In this role, the Project Coordinator will assist the Senior Project Manager in organizing and leading regular project meetings, providing updates on project status, milestones, and upcoming tasks. They will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive project documentation, which includes project plans, status reports, and risk assessments. Additionally, the coordinator will review and update project budgets, track actual spending, and assist with financial planning tasks. Collaboration with cross-functional partners will be essential, as the coordinator will design and create strategic initiative presentations to communicate project goals and progress effectively. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. They will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a strong analytical and problem-solving skill set. Flexibility and adaptability in a multicultural and fast-paced setting are also key attributes for success in this role. Candidates should have 2-4 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Communications, with experience in a product model organization being a beneficial asset.

Responsibilities
