About the position

The Project Coordinator position is an entry-level role designed to introduce individuals to the field of Project Management. The coordinator will work closely with the Project Management leadership team, receiving significant oversight while assisting in various project-related tasks and ensuring smooth project operations.

Responsibilities

• Initial project setup; preparing the project for the next step in the project assignment
• New contract review and routings
• Review and follow up of PMO Suggestion and Maintenance queue
• Assist the accounting team in locating project documentation when closing out a project
• Perform project research and providing proposal to management
• Conduct 'forensic project management' to assist Support, Account Executives, and Project Managers in determining the status of inactive projects
• Complete small scheduling tasks such as Tyler Output Director, Hosted Reporting, Server Migrations, Post-Production Training, etc.
• Schedule billable tasks that require setup and close out in ChangePoint
• Knowledgebase documentation maintenance
• Maintain the Project Managers' current knowledgebase
• Oversight of revenue impacts
• Ensure accuracy in accounting practices such as ASC 606
• Provide support for new initiatives undertaken by the ERP Pro Services team

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Understanding and desire to learn the skills associated with a Project
• Proven planning, organizational skills, and follow through ability
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency using computers and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to problem solve and present solutions with some guidance
• Seeks appropriate guidance to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced, technical environment
