About the position

The RISE Project Coordinator for Tradeshows and Exhibits plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of trade show booths and exhibits. This position involves meticulous planning, organization, and execution of booth setups, while also serving as the primary point of contact for clients during events. The coordinator is responsible for managing onsite labor, ensuring compliance with venue regulations, and maintaining high standards of service to enhance client satisfaction. The role requires travel up to 33% of the time across the USA, making it essential for the coordinator to be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Pre-stage and pack-down outgoing booths/show site shipments.
  • Attend meetings either in-person or via video conferencing as necessary.
  • Review project deliverables with Sr Field Supervisor, including floor plans, schedules, inventories, and work orders.
  • Manage onsite/union labor to ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time installation and dismantling of trade show booth properties.
  • Utilize industry knowledge and skills to troubleshoot situations and communicate accordingly to all appropriate parties.
  • Prepare and submit timely documentation and photos of install events from the show floor (the Show Journal).
  • Oversee budgeted time and expenses, including management of all local labor resources.
  • Ensure client's expectations are met throughout the show run dates, including restocking and cleaning as necessary.
  • Ensure complete and proper packing of all property and assets for shipping, including graphics, hardware, and supplies.
  • Prepare paperwork concerning the disposition of all outbound freight, including client properties as required.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in tradeshow (in any capacity) is required.
  • Valid Driver's License is required.
  • Ability to relocate to West Valley City, UT before starting work is required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in warehouse operations is preferred.
