About the position

The Project Coordinator V role at BCforward involves developing and managing cross-functional programs to facilitate relationships across multiple teams. The coordinator will serve as a key point of contact for technical execution and will be responsible for ensuring that projects meet their requirements across various products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage cross-functional programs.
• Facilitate relationships across multiple teams to identify risks and manage dependencies.
• Drive visibility, accountability, and execution across software development areas.
• Understand technology requirements and develop plans for mitigating risks.
• Establish expertise in technology areas and serve as the go-to escalation point.
• Resolve conflicts and maintain clarity on priorities.
• Drive technical excellence within the team and contribute to engineering deliverables.
• Provide hands-on program management during all project phases.
• Work cross-functionally to develop best practices and processes.
• Communicate high-level goals into actionable plans for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• B.S. in engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of systems engineering, hardware engineering, software engineering, or technical product/program management experience.
• Experience leading technology investments across multiple products from innovation to delivery.
• Demonstrated experience leading execution across complex products and programs.
• Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams with critical thinking skills.
• Experience in leading complex execution across teams in different time zones.
• Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.
