About the position

The Project Coordinator for Validation & Access Support at RSM US LLP is responsible for assisting the team leader in managing project plans, schedules, and communications. This role involves tracking project progress, scheduling meetings, and maintaining effective communication with clients and vendors. The position is designed for individuals with project coordination experience who can manage multiple tasks and contribute to the successful execution of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Assist team leader in preparing and maintaining project plans, including documentation, budgets, and implementation.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule that includes administrative tasks and key stakeholders.
  • Track project progress and identify obstacles, escalating issues to the team leader as necessary.
  • Schedule meetings, including site selection and travel arrangements, and prepare meeting materials and agendas.
  • Initiate and maintain communication with internal and external clients and vendors.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative, office, or project coordinator role.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including the ability to prepare presentations with charts and graphics.
  • Effective organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with diverse audiences.

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
