About the position

The Project Coordinator - Validation & Access Support role at RSM US LLP is a part-time position focused on assisting the team leader in managing various project-related tasks. This includes preparing project plans, maintaining schedules, tracking progress, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. The role is designed to support the firm's initiatives and ensure effective project execution in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist team leader in preparing and maintaining project plans, including documentation, budgets, and implementation.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule that includes administrative tasks and key stakeholders.
  • Track project progress, identify obstacles, and escalate issues to the team leader.
  • Schedule meetings, including site selection and travel arrangements, and prepare meeting materials and agendas.
  • Initiate and maintain communication with internal and external clients and vendors as appropriate.
  • Attend meetings as required by the project or assignment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 3-5 years' experience in an administrative, office, or project coordinator role.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to prepare presentations including charts, graphics, and tables.
  • Effective organization and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with diverse audiences.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
