The Project Coordinator role is a critical position within our organization, located in San Jose, CA. This is a 12-month contract position that requires the individual to work in a hybrid capacity, being onsite three days a week. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing various projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. This role demands a strong project management mindset, as the individual will be handling a large workload that includes multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will be adept at managing communications with both internal teams and external contractors, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. In this position, the Project Coordinator will utilize their expertise in project management and data analytics to create, organize, and maintain high-level visibility Excel spreadsheets and reports. The role requires proficiency in Excel, including the ability to use complex formulas and macros to meet changing project criteria. The Project Coordinator will also be expected to identify opportunities for improving team efficiency and effectiveness, particularly through automation and the use of distributed tools and systems. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, enabling them to lead discussions with both internal leadership and external partners.
