Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage projects within the warehouse, ensuring that timelines, goals, and deliverables are met.
  • Work closely with the team to schedule shipments, track inventory, and monitor material flow.
  • Facilitate communication between departments, such as procurement, shipping/receiving, and warehouse staff, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing timely updates on project progress, shipment schedules, and any potential delays.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns related to warehouse operations, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Track and update project progress using relevant software or tools, ensuring all stakeholders, including customers, are informed of updates or delays.
  • Ensure all materials and products are stocked, prepared, and ready for shipment according to project specifications and deadlines.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of warehouse workflows to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues that may arise during operations.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including timelines, inventory reports, status updates, and communication logs with customers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards in all project activities.

Requirements

  • Mid-level warehouse experience (2 years preferred).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Benefits
