About the position

The Project Coordinator - Warehouse role at Amentum involves coordinating customer support services and managing document control within the Telecommunications Group. This position is crucial for ensuring accurate records and data maintenance while overseeing supply support functions and interfacing with various departments to facilitate project success.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate customer support services and document control.
  • Work with Logistics and Procurement teams to maintain accurate records and data.
  • Oversee supply support functions.
  • Interface with the accounting department regarding materials and purchase order fulfillment.
  • Maintain BOM tracking reports and coordinate or perform entry of information into the Materials Management System.
  • Attend necessary construction meetings.
  • Comply with the company-wide Safety program to maintain an accident-free environment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Two years or more of inventory experience required.
  • Wireless industry experience required.
  • Valid Driver's license required.
  • High School graduate or equivalent required.
  • Customer service and communication skills required.
  • Detail oriented, able to multitask, prioritize, expedite and meet deadlines is required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Forklift Certification preferred.
  • MS Office skills preferred.
  • 'VAST' experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
