The Project Coordinator at Pepper Construction will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of the Milwaukee, WI office. This position is designed for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is capable of managing various tasks associated with general contracting construction projects from inception to completion. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that business operations are organized and efficient, providing essential office support, and facilitating communication among project stakeholders. In this role, the Project Coordinator will engage in a variety of responsibilities, including facilitating the subcontractor bid process and managing all project-related documentation. This includes everything from the initial bid process to project closeout, ensuring that all necessary documents are accurately administered and coordinated. The Project Coordinator will also be expected to utilize various software programs and templates tailored to specific project needs, such as CMiC, Plans & Specs, Bluebeam, ShareFile, and Outlook. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines. The Project Coordinator will need to communicate effectively with all project team members, including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, project managers, and field personnel, to ensure that project needs and requirements are clearly understood and met.
