As a Project Coordinator at MMIT, you will play a pivotal role in managing small to mid-sized projects aimed at implementing MMIT's software and data solutions for our healthcare clients. This position is integral to the Client Success Manager (CSM) and/or Client Care Advisor (CCA), as you will be responsible for managing recurring projects, developing project plans, defining requirements, and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Your contributions will ensure that product enhancements are effectively integrated into team workflows, making you a key player in the delivery team recognized for your expertise in the product and your advisory capabilities. In this role, you will coordinate internally with various stakeholders, including Client Success Managers and technical delivery team members, to review and confirm configuration options and timelines for each implementation. You will actively participate in the continuous improvement of team and cross-functional process workflows, adhering to established standards, service level agreements (SLAs), and escalation protocols. Your ability to define business, design, and configuration requirements will be crucial as you communicate these needs to the Configuration and technical delivery teams, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery of client solutions. You will also be responsible for planning and leading client implementations, managing project plans, monitoring progress, and addressing any obstacles that may arise to ensure timely completion of multiple projects and tasks. Collaboration with Project Managers will be essential to deliver MMIT products while maintaining high-quality standards. In a fast-paced environment where MMIT is continuously enhancing its solutions, your adaptability and willingness to learn will be vital to providing value to clients in the ever-evolving healthcare market. Additionally, you will conduct UAT testing as required to ensure that project outcomes align with client requirements.
