About the position

The Project Coordinator at Prince Telecom is responsible for managing operations related to multiple construction projects in the telecommunications field. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring timely updates to customers, and maintaining accurate records throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the MDU Manager to facilitate communication and problem-solving, ensuring that all project specifications are met according to customer and industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all operations in accordance with customer and industry specifications.
  • Keep track of multiple construction projects alongside the MDU Manager.
  • Provide timely updates to customers regarding start dates, completion dates, and construction progress.
  • Perform data entry for all steps in the project process.
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to address concerns and inquiries.
  • Problem-solve and seek assistance to ensure timely completion of the drop bury process.
  • Correspond with customer representatives to resolve job issues and follow up on job completion.
  • Coordinate with Manager and Customer for access issues.
  • Interpret maps and drawings as needed for project execution.
  • Analyze and organize office operations and procedures, including invoicing and payroll preparation.
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and on time by coordinating with local subcontractor leads/foremen.

Requirements

  • Mid-level experience in project coordination or related field.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills for effective communication via phone and email.
  • Problem-solving abilities and willingness to seek assistance when needed.
  • Ability to read maps and interpret drawings accurately.
  • Organizational skills to manage office operations and procedures.
