About the position

As a Project Coordinator at MMIT, you will play a pivotal role in managing small to mid-sized projects that implement MMIT's software and data solutions for healthcare clients. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to contribute to the success of our clients by ensuring that our products are effectively integrated into their workflows. You will work closely with Client Success Managers and Client Care Advisors, acting as a key partner in the project delivery process. Your responsibilities will include managing recurring projects, developing project plans, defining business and design requirements, and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that the solutions meet client expectations. In this role, you will coordinate with various internal teams, including technical delivery members, to confirm configuration options and timelines for each implementation. You will also be responsible for continuously improving and adhering to team and cross-functional process workflows, standards, and escalation protocols. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be crucial in ensuring the successful end-to-end delivery of client solutions. The Project Coordinator will also be tasked with planning and leading client implementations, monitoring project progress, and addressing any obstacles that may arise to ensure timely completion of multiple projects. You will collaborate with Project Managers to maintain the quality of MMIT products and adapt to the fast-paced environment of the healthcare market, where continuous enhancement of our solutions is essential to providing value to our clients. Conducting UAT testing will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring that the outcomes of configuration projects align with the intended client requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage small to mid-sized projects to implement MMIT's software and data solutions for healthcare clients.
  • Coordinate with Client Success Managers and technical delivery team members to confirm configuration options and timelines.
  • Participate in and improve team and cross-functional process workflows, standards, and escalation protocols.
  • Define business, design, and configuration requirements and communicate them to the technical delivery teams.
  • Plan and lead client implementations by managing project plans and monitoring progress.
  • Address obstacles to ensure timely completion of multiple projects/tasks.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to deliver MMIT products and maintain quality standards.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure project outcomes meet client requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience required.
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the Pharma and Market access space.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to create structure and organize work effectively.
