About The Position
The Project Coordinator at Red River Drywall & Decorating Services plays a crucial role in ensuring that warranty, patchwork, and touchup schedules are updated, accurate, and completed on time. This position requires a proactive approach to managing schedules and overseeing the touchup and warranty team to ensure that quality standards are met on every project. The Project Coordinator will work closely with builders and other personnel to communicate any schedule changes and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. In this role, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining touchup and warranty schedules, ensuring that punchlists are completed on time, and working in the field with the team to help complete jobs as needed. The position also involves attending blue tape and inspection previews with builder representatives, submitting change orders for patchwork, and tracking all billable work. The Project Coordinator must be able to perform quality work within deadlines, interact professionally with other employees and trades, and work effectively as a team contributor while also being able to work independently when necessary.
