About the position

The Project Coordinator, also referred to as a customer service representative, is responsible for performing project coordination and clerical tasks related to various projects within the organization. This role emphasizes providing excellent customer service and acting as a liaison between multiple parties to ensure successful project completion.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service while communicating with customers over the phone and in writing.
  • Act as a liaison between multiple parties to bring an installation to completion.
  • Collaborate with installers, estimators, and other company personnel to create a positive experience for customers.
  • Review customer contracts for accuracy.
  • Schedule installations with customers and assign installers to perform installation.
  • Maintain installer calendars through the system.
  • Follow up with Purchasing when waiting for material to arrive for the scheduled installation date.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Experience in scheduling or event planning
  • Computer literate
  • Able to work independently
  • Natural problem solver
