About the position
The Project Coordinator at Wright's Impact Window & Door is responsible for supporting the Customer Service Department by ensuring effective communication and project progression. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and be able to work collaboratively with various departments to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Report to the Office Manager
- Communicate with customers and work directly with all departments to drive project progression
- Support the Sales team with customer requests for information and follow-up
- Maintain strong organizational skills and manage phone communications throughout the day
- Multitask effectively while maintaining a pleasant demeanor and good rapport with various stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years customer service experience
- Intermediate skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Salesforce/I360 (a plus)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and accountability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Excellent documentation habits
- Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
