About the position

The Project Coordinator at 1 OAK Home Improvement Inc. is responsible for overseeing assigned projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating with clients, vendors, and installers, ensuring timely and accurate project delivery while acting as the primary point of contact for clients.

Responsibilities

• Keeps clients updated on their project's schedule and progression
• Coordinates with vendors/entities working on projects (e.g., measurer, permit expediter, material supplier, installers)
• Maintains up-to-date records by scanning project documents, logging project-related interactions in the CRM, and marking off tasks/milestones in the CRM as they are completed
• Thoroughly checks material quote details (sizing, configuration, frame color, glass color, etc.) in comparison to contract, building sketch, and property photos for accuracy
• Prepares all necessary documentation for HOA approval
• Schedules inspections as needed with projects' relevant building departments

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in home improvement/construction - window/door-specific experience preferred
• 1+ year customer service experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to identify and solve potential problems
• Personal management capability - must be able to assess priority of tasks and act accordingly without constant direction
• Computer literate & comfortable learning new software
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
