About the position

All Native Group is seeking a Project Coordinator (PC) to join our team in Fairfax, VA. This full-time position will report directly to the Vice President of Operations and will play a crucial role in supporting the Operations team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for collaborating with various departments including Marketing, Data Acquisitions, Accounts, and Proposal teams. The primary duties will involve researching, reviewing, and preparing PowerPoint presentations, as well as archiving and qualifying business opportunities. The role requires a keen eye for detail, as the PC will also be tasked with reviewing and editing prepared materials for accuracy before distribution. In this position, the Project Coordinator will be expected to understand and build metrics using Technomile/Salesforce, maintain business development libraries, and conduct thorough research on contracts, customers, and companies. The PC will provide support and analyses for marketing and proposal activities, which includes identifying and researching market opportunities, updating ANG's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and supporting market and competitive assessments. The role will also involve providing critical business market research and analysis of data, supporting networking activities, and managing the BD pipeline metrics. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing, coordinating, maintaining, and updating the MSS BD pipeline, providing status reports using PowerPoint, and maintaining database information, particularly with Salesforce. Additional responsibilities include administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, documenting and generating reports, and formatting information for internal and external communications. The PC will also manage the calendars of VPs, arrange meetings, and keep track of office supply inventory. Strong presentation skills and the ability to manage and prioritize time effectively are essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor, outstanding customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, coordinate, maintain and update the MSS BD pipeline and provide status reporting with PowerPoint.
  • Maintain and track database information including use of Salesforce.
  • Support gate reviews to include scheduling, presentation development, and research assistance.
  • Perform administrative, scheduling, and bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, travel and expense vouchers, and purchase orders.
  • Schedule stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports.
  • Format and create visual aids for documents, including graphs and charts.
  • Support and provide relevant information for meetings with government, partners, and leadership.
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage VPs' calendars and arrange meetings.
  • Keep up with office supply inventory and format information for internal and external communication.
  • Take minutes and capture action items during meetings.
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience as a Project Coordinator.
  • Experience with U.S. Federal Sector and USG Marketing Analytics is preferred.
  • Familiarity with contracting tools such as GovWin IQ, Bloomberg, BETA SAM.GOV, FPDS, etc.
  • Knowledge of government solicitation documents, including standard RFP structure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of the business development capture and proposal process.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience in a sales or marketing environment.
