The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing daily office operations, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment. In this role, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for preparing and maintaining financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, which are essential for the smooth operation of the company. Additionally, the coordinator will maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, providing a vital support function to the organization. Administrative support to the executive team is also a key responsibility, which includes scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence. The Project Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution. This position also involves coordinating company events, meetings, and training sessions, as well as assisting in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a project coordinator or office manager
