About The Position
DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking to hire a Project Coordinator for our Commercial Installs team, located on-site at our regional office in Coppell, TX. This role is crucial in ensuring that project objectives are met by specified dates and within budget constraints. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for effectively planning, directing, and coordinating activities related to various projects. This includes reviewing project plans and specifications to determine necessary materials, ordering those materials, and operating within customer-specified budget parameters while coordinating schedules and installations with outside vendors. The Project Coordinator will direct and coordinate activities to ensure that projects are progressing on schedule and within the budgeted scope. This involves reviewing status reports prepared by staff and clients, providing updates as needed, and presenting information to groups of managers, clients, and customers. The role requires the ability to effectively communicate technical findings to clients and customers, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned. In addition to project management, the Project Coordinator will monitor and review all projects to ensure that quality standards and customer expectations are met. They will also be responsible for tracking job materials, determining innovative solutions to any problems that arise during job execution, and maintaining job files to ensure projects are completed and billed accurately. Collaboration with strategic partners and internal service teams to establish and adhere to service level agreements is also a key responsibility. A positive attitude towards customers and fellow employees is essential, regardless of the circumstances, and other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
