The role also involves coordinating and tracking submittals, ordering and tracking equipment, entering stocking sheets, and coding invoices. Additionally, the Project Assistant will be responsible for job closeouts and warranties, demonstrating the ability to handle difficult situations tactfully and seeking guidance when necessary.
