The role of R&D Experimentation Project Coordinator is to manage and pursue innovative solutions for implementation that support business objectives and business challenges within the Technical team. This position will independently lead Experimentation projects with external solutions, collaborating with the larger Technical team and bottling partners with the aim to drive innovation. This is a long-term assignment, and the candidate must be able to work onsite three days a week at the Atlanta Office Complex. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Engineering, Innovation, or equivalent experience. They must have experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry and demonstrate overall business acumen, particularly in shepherding ideas from the visionary stage through to production, effectively transforming ideas into realities. Proven experience in systems analysis and evaluation is essential, along with expertise in agile methodology to deliver quality quickly. The candidate should also have cross-industry experience, bringing new ideas and perspectives, and familiarity with digital technologies, modern software solutions, and architecture. Additionally, the candidate should have broad experience in researching and identifying trends, with a demonstrated high proficiency in managing multiple projects and programs. Collaboration with creative teams, research and development, and product development teams is crucial, as is the ability to partner with and communicate effectively with global team members. A minimum of five years of experience in project management, preferably within an innovation environment or R&D group, is required. Experience in occupational safety, sustainability, and quality is a plus, as is professional fluency in spoken and written English, with additional languages being an advantage.
