About the position

Hill International is seeking a Project Coordinator in Columbus, Ohio. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of various projects by coordinating the availability of project team members, both internal and external, to schedule project meetings, site visits, and walkthroughs. This position requires attending project meetings and taking notes as appropriate, assisting with monthly schedule updates, and forecasting costs to ensure accurate cash flow. The Project Coordinator will also assist with processing purchase orders, contracts, and change orders, as well as completing all required safety documentation and obtaining the necessary approvals. In addition to these responsibilities, the Project Coordinator will review project documents for accuracy and compliance with client requirements, maintain a project document repository, and file all project documents in a timely and organized manner. Monitoring project progress, taking progress photos, and uploading them to the project repository are also key tasks for this role. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and will be familiar with the State of Ohio OAKS CI system. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate availability of project team members (internal and external) to schedule project meetings, site visits, walk throughs, etc.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or related field.
  • Degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with State of Ohio OAKS CI system.
