About the position

The Project Coordinator role at BCforward is a remote contract position focused on managing deployment activities for Managed Print Services (MPS). The coordinator will be responsible for project execution, including logistics coordination, communication with onsite technicians, and stakeholder management. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, particularly in the West Coast Time Zone.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project execution activities for Managed Print Services (MPS).
• Create work orders and schedule technicians for deployments.
• Manage asset entitlement and logistics coordination.
• Communicate effectively with onsite install technicians via phone, text, and video conferencing.
• Engage in internal and external stakeholder communication and risk management.
• Support project delivery and manage client relationships.
• Provide reliable hardware order forecasts to management.
• Identify and develop new opportunities within current projects.

Requirements

• First Level University degree or 3 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Excel, including creating pivot tables and formulas.
• Experience with Smartsheet is a plus.
• Knowledge of deploying tangible assets, including ordering, configuration, and logistics.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong people management skills, typically with indirect reports.
