About the position
We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized and have expertise in construction project management and coordination.
Responsibilities
- Keeping logs of project documents and distributing documents.
- Ordering bonds, insurances, etc. for projects
- Aiding project managers and estimators in all tasks
- Site walk throughs
- Quality check and site reports
- RFI, CO writing
- Contract writing
- Procurement
