About the position

CORE Construction, Inc. is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator (PC) for its Tucson, AZ office. The PC will serve as a liaison between the field team and project management, ensuring that all project files and information are organized and up-to-date. This role involves various administrative tasks that support the construction projects and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with Submittals and RFI's
  • Assist with Subcontractor Change Orders
  • Record fully executed subcontracts
  • Create and maintain Project Directories
  • Prepare Operations & Maintenance Manuals
  • Submit closeout letters to subcontractors, including warranty information

Requirements

  • Must possess the highest level of integrity and a positive attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam and/or Docusign is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proactive problem solver
