HealthEdge Software Inc is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist our Project Managers in organizing ongoing projects. This role is crucial in ensuring that project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures are monitored effectively. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, documenting important actions and decisions, and preparing necessary presentation materials. The successful candidate will ensure that project deadlines are met and will be involved in determining project changes as needed. Additionally, the Project Coordinator will provide administrative support, undertake project tasks, and develop project strategies to ensure adherence to frameworks and proper documentation for each project. Assessing project risks and issues and providing solutions will also be part of the role, along with managing stakeholder views towards the best solutions. The Project Coordinator will chair and facilitate meetings when appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
